Hello there!

I am so thrilled you are here. I'm Becky Carey. I'm on a mission to grow my art business and want to help others do the same! 

I'm a teacher at heart who loves to inspire and encourage people to pursue their creative passions so on this website and my other social channels, I will be sharing my tips, ideas, lessons, and the nuggets of wisdom I've been learning along the way of becoming a professional artist and illustrator.

I've been married to the love of my life, Brooks, for over 42 years and now we are empty-nester after raising our two wonderful adult children, Matthew and Jessica. Over the years, I've worked in education, media management, women's ministry and small group ministry leadership.

After years of taking on way too many responsibilities which often choked the joy right out of my soul and life, I've made a commitment to myself to nurture the "little artist Becky" and to awaken her creative voice through art, illustration, and content creation.​

My desire is to build a supportive community where we encourage each other and learn how to stay productive while pursuing a healthy, balanced, and creative lifestyle.
