No matter what we are dealing with, work stress, the uncertainties of life, the overwhelming job of caring for a loved one with dementia, living through a pandemic, etc. - you name your struggle. We all have them BUT we are all responsible for "Finding Joy" to help us live above those burdens. I find joy by asking God to enlarge my view of life through creativity and painting. He meets me in the process and it is there that I am made joyful and refreshed.
