When I paint, I ask God to help me express something from Him, a blessing to the viewer so that they may somehow be encouraged, uplifted and brought nearer to His joy and love for them. Jesus came so we may have life, and life more abundant. I can have joy in any circumstance because of Jesus in my life. You can too! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In the Bible, purple was the YHWH color, the symbol of the revealed God, the dress of kings, and was associated with royalty and majesty. When we put our faith in Jesus, God adopts us into His family and we become a child of the KING of kings. This painting is named "Purple Princess" because it reminds me of who I am in HIM and that brings me so much joy.
